1.Raw material inspection
Good raw materials are the foundation of high-quality lenses,therefore We use only high-quality imported raw materials to produce our lenses. Like CR39,Resin,PMMA,mr-8,MR-7,MR-174; Hardening liquid, AR coating materials and packaging materials.
Except high quality raw material, we also make serious inspection to check each batch of raw material to prevent any problems with the raw materials.
2.Mould inspection
After the lens Release from the mold we will start the second inspection to ensure each lens keep high quality.
In this inspection, our quality inspectors will pick out defective lenses that are not completely demolded, have scratches, or have cracks on the edges.
Just the lens in good situation will be will be selected to proceed to the next step.
3.Hard coating inspection
Harding coating process is an important step in introduce, it can increase the Increase the lens’s abrasion resistance and scratch resistance. Make the lenses can use more long time.
Therefore, quality inspection in this stage is also crucial.The third inspection step is to screen out all defective lenses, such as those with poor hard coatings or bubbles.

4.AR coating inspection
Ar coating process can make the lens with high transmittance and the lens will excellent
anti-reflective function,that can greatly improving visual comfort.

5.Inspection before shipping
After undergoing rigorous quality control in the previous four stages, we conduct further quality checks on each specific order before shipment, based on its detailed specifications.
