My first job
2016 – This is the 1st year I graduated from the major of International Economic and Trade of Jiangxi University. With a dream of doing international business and I hope to have clients&friends all over the world when I retire.
I joined a television manufacturing company called Expressluck Ltd. as a salesperson, responsible for selling LED TVs to various European countries. Through this company, I came to Budapest, Hungary. My first time abroad, seeing a different side of the world, this wonderful feeling further strengthened my determination to continue in foreign trade. I want to continue traveling to different parts of the world and making different friends.

Why did i join the Trust industrial?
In 2019, I resigned from my job in ExpressLuck Ltd because the domestic global electronics business was booming at the time, and I wanted to learn more about it. I met my boss, Mr. Xie, and decided to join Trust Industrial. As for why I joined this company, it’s because there are many opportunities in the lens sales market, even though the business is still relatively small.
However, as a Chinese lens manufacturer, we are confident that through our persistence and hard work, we will do better and better in the future. We firmly believe that by helping our customers import lenses from China and meeting their high demands for quality and service, we can become long-term partners with them. Currently, the dilemma in the optical lens market is that it is difficult to judge the quality grade of lenses, and many overseas customers do not have the opportunity to understand this in depth. Therefore, we are determined to create new high-quality A-grade and transparent film lenses for our customers.Compared to previous lenses with defects like spots and bubbles on the surface, our lenses have a significant advantage and differentiation in this market, meaning we have enormous market potential. That’s why I believe we can continue to grow.

Our simple journey
In the early days of the company, I was the only employee. Everything was unfamiliar and full of challenges. I was responsible for building the company from scratch, during which time I learned Alibaba’s management style and international electronic B2B sales techniques. Fortunately, we didn’t fail, and the team grew steadily. By 2025, the team had grown to 12 people, with annual revenue growth of 50%. During this time, I put in a lot of effort, establishing the company’s organizational structure and formulating its rules and regulations. I believe we will continue to grow over the next decade.
It is worth mentioning that as the company grows larger and larger, we have established our own brand, RANOR, with the slogan “Better lenses from China.” Founded in 2020, this is our first brand, and after several years of development, more and more customers and fans are becoming familiar with it.Currently, we have exclusive distributors in Russia, Malaysia, and Peru, meaning that if you purchase lenses from these countries, you can resolve any after-sales issues locally, which is extremely convenient for users.

Our expectations
In the future, we will actively seek deeper cooperation with clients interested in becoming national distributors, finding more like-minded partners. Our next goal is to become a leading global manufacturer of optical lenses.
